Olive Oil

In the orchard below Chef Dani’s Villa Belpasso, you’ll find a grove of 600 olive trees he planted in 2003. The organic olive trees are a combination of four local varieties that make up the DOP for the Maremma region. Chef Danilo’s olives are harvested by hand each October and go through a cold-press process before being bottled resulting in a high-quality bright and spicy unfiltered oil. Chef Dani loves to pair this olive oil with grilled bread and salad. He suggests drizzling this oil as a finishing touch on your favorite dishes.
